Continuing the discussion from Paths to Success for Open Science in Africa:
This caught my eye. I would be very keen to read and share more about this conundrum, in the hope of developing winning arguments to opponents of Open Research (and Open Infrastructure for that matter). I believe that at the foundation of such opposition there often lies some misunderstanding or subconscious rejection which at first glance cannot even be explained. What have you learned in coming to identify the root causes of opposition to Open Research ?
